House Rules

Arrival and departure

• Check-in: from 14:00
• Check-out: by 10:00
• Different times are possible by prior arrangement.
• Upon arrival, please visit the reception staff to collect your keys and receive a brief orientation.

Quiet hours

• Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00. Please refrain from loud music and noise during this period.
• Please respect other guests' rest throughout the day.
• Loud music in communal areas is only permitted with prior permission from the organiser.

Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabins and on covered terraces.
• Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor smoking area.
• Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays, not on the ground.

Campfire and barbecue

• Fires may only be lit in the designated fire pit, under the supervision of a responsible adult.
• Fires must be completely extinguished before going to sleep or leaving the fire pit.
• Cauldron and barbecue equipment must be left clean after use.

Pets

• Bringing pets requires prior arrangement. Please notify us before arrival if you are bringing an animal.
• Pets must be kept on a leash in communal areas.
• The guest is responsible for any damage caused by their pet.

Use of cabins and equipment

• Please use the cabins and equipment as intended.
• The guest is obliged to compensate for any damage caused.
• Upon departure, please leave the cabin tidy: rubbish disposed of, windows and doors closed, key returned.
• Please follow the selective waste collection rules at the bins.

Water activities

• Kayaks may only be launched at the location designated by the organiser.
• Adult supervision is mandatory for children on the water.
• Wearing a life jacket is recommended; it is mandatory for minors.

Alcohol and responsibility

• Alcohol consumption is prohibited for persons under 18.
• The use of drugs and other prohibited substances is forbidden on the premises.
• Gedeon Garden accepts no liability for accidents occurring under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

Safety and emergencies

• The location of fire extinguishers is marked at the reception area and next to the communal kitchen.
• In case of emergency, call 112, then notify the accommodation staff.
• When leaving the property, please close and lock the cabin doors and windows.

Violation of house rules

Guests who seriously or repeatedly violate the house rules may be asked to leave the premises — after prior warning — with immediate effect and without refund.
